Clockworks

Carrying on with the male theme we have a card today using the Clockworks stamp set.

Here's what I used
Clockworks Stamp set
Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Hardwood Stamp
Soft Suede Card and Ink
Early Espresso Ink
Boho Blossoms Punch
Decorative Label Punch
Scalloped Oval Punch

Start with a 13cm square base card in soft suede
Cut 2 Pieces of whisper white card measuring 12.5cm sqaure
Glue one of the whisper white squares to the inside of your base card
On the other stamp the hardwood image in soft suede ink
Add this to the front of your base card
On a scrap of whisper white card stamp out the pocket watch and five of the cogs in early espresso ink

Carefully cut these out
Using the boho blossoms punch, punch out the shapes in soft suede and glue the cogs to them, back the pocket watch with soft suede also
Add these to the front of your base card
Add a sentiment
If you require any of the items used to make this card please click on the pictures below which will take you directly to my online shop.

Clockworks Male Card

Just a quick post today, Friday and 'real' job day unfortunately,  with another male themed card for you today in the shape of the clockworks stamp.

The card design itself I got from Making Cards magazine and the papers and sentiment are from there too, cut I didn't like the toppers that went with this set hence me using the pocket watch from the clockworks stamp set. It just shows you how well stampin products can work with other craft products.

Fathers Day Gift and card

Hello campers I hope you are all well and dandy ;-)  Yesterday we celebrated fathers day here in the mad house, my dad was guest of honour and we were joined by my little brother and his girlfriend, Scotty too Hotty arrived later as he had spent the day with his dad.

That brings me nicely to the card and gift bag I made for dad, I totally stole this from pinterest which you can see here.

Here is My card

It uses Midnight muse and very vanilla card.  I've used the En Francias AGAIN lol as a background stamp and also used the clockworks stamp set

I popped a pearl in the center of the hands and also added some card candy to the top right hand corner

I also inked and stamped the inside

Cyber crafting challenge two

Hi everyone, it's a very windy day here in Yorkshire just the kind of day to blow out all of those cobwebs lol.

Well as promised I'm back with the second challenge of our cyber crafting night.  Our second challenge was to use 2 designer series paper and blue.  I thought it was hard having lots of things to use, it was even harder with less things lol.  This is what I came up with.

I wasn't entirely happy with this as I felt it was rushed, I spend a lot of time usually figuring out where things should go and what should be with what but of course we only had 45 mins!!

For this card I used the bright DSP papers, very vanilla card, crumb cake seam binding ribbon, soft suede ink, I again used the delightful dozen stamp set for the sentiment and the other stamps are from the  Clockworks stamp set available in the new catalogue.

Join me again to see the delightful project we made to round off the night

Happy crafting
