Loved this card in a box and was perfect for me as I had some jewelry to give to a very dear friend, it comes from Papercraft Button and you can make it too as she's made a video tutorial!
This is the top of the box, like my little 'Don't Panic' stamp? lol I'd forgotten that was on there when I took the picture, but it's right Don't Panic the box is easy to make and I'll give you the link at the end of my post.
Here's what it looks like when you open it up.
and here's the inside of the box. The video can be found here Have fun!!!

Mum!!
It's not long now until mothers day will be upon us and with that in mind I made this lovely accordion style card.
Isn't it just fab? The card is very easy to make using the accordion fancy label die by Elizabeth Craft Design which I'm sure you can find in most good craft shops, they also do a circle and oval accordion style die. I also used the alphabet die from stampin up for the lettering.
It's made with Island indigo card and the water colour wonder papers, the flowers are from wild orchid. Now if my mum was still around she'd have loved to have received this on mothers day.

I'm Late! I'm Late! For a very important date!
I did feel very much like the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland today. I had to meet my little brother in town for 9am after dropping scotty too hotty off at school at 8.30, problem being the traffic from my village to town in a morning is akin to being sat in a car park!! I did make it though and I'm here to share another Christmas card with you.
This card uses the Lovely as a Tree stamp set. I brought this set after seeing a really gorgeous card made with it. Needless to say I didn't get round to making 'that' card and I've only used it once before making this one!!! I know terrible!! This card was quite simple to make and there is a you tube tutorial for it here
I've tried to get the sparkle on the trees in this shot, I embossed them using some holographic embossing powder I have, it gives a real sparkle to the trees. I don't think in the video she included a moon but this is simply done by just punching out a circle in scrap card and using it as a mask.
I finished the card off with one of those fabulous Frosted Finshes. I must admit to not wanting to use these lol, I've made a batch of these cards but on the others I've added a sliver bow. The sentiment on the card is from the More Merry Messages stamp set.

Flutterbye candle
Well we're all set for a scorching bank holiday weekend, the BBQ is all ready and prepped so fingers crossed.
Today I'm going to show you another stamped candle I made, I love doing these as gifts because they are very simple and easy to make yet look lovely.
I made this for someone at work who is making a lot of home made items at the moment and she wanted to see what the candle looked like made up.
Heres a close up, I used one of the small butterflies from the Papillon Potpourri set, I stamped them on to tissue paper using Calypso Coral and Island Indigo, I stamped her name in Calypso Coral using the Simply Serif Mini Alphabet. Its then just a case of placing it on the candle and gently heating until the tissue paper bonds with the wax, after that I added some gems to the butterflies.
Here it is all wrapped up and ready to go;
It's just a cellophane bag finished with one of those lovely tags from my last post and some Island Indigo ribbon that I got free during Sale a Bration.
If you would like any of the items I've used here please email me your order debbie72keating@yahoo.co.uk

A Lovely Sunny Morning
I'm getting too used to these sunny mornings, although it was quite cold here in deepest darkest Yorkshire. There was mass excitment this morning in our house as I thought I was going to be filmed this afternoon, only to check my emails to discover the camera man has been delayed in New York lol Just my luck.
Anyhoo I wanted to share with you a project we made at craft class on Thursday, which was a Tea Caddy
Yes I still have that very scruffy grid paper lol. In my defence it has all my notes on it. This lovely little tea caddy is perfect for the twinings individual tea bags.
The flower on top is made using the blossom punch, the papers are the tea for two DSP perfect for this project
Here's a close up of the stamp which is from the Tea Shoppe set, I've also used, crumb cake, soft suede and Island Indigo.
A Fellow demonstrator has just started up a little monthly challenge, this months challenge is a colour challenge,You can post your enteries here
